Our program: We’ll carefully review your diet and look at your training to identify optimal food to power both your training and recovery. Together, we will balance your protein, carbohydrates and fat needs in a fully customized program targeted to your sports passions.
I’ll help you look over your pantry and recipe book to make sure they are both packed with power foods. We will find ways to power up your recipes so you get what you like and what you need. And we’ll work on developing a plan to make these performance changes permanent.
